This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, what we use it for and what you can ask of us. It applies to visitors from Canada and Mexico.
Who is responsible
Calupoh Software Studio is responsible for handling your personal information. For any privacy matter, write to mahumada.hdz@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the assessment or contact form: name, company, email, phone if you provide it, the approximate size of your company and the message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or calendar, we receive what you share through that channel. We do not ask for sensitive or financial information.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, prepare your assessment or proposal and follow up on that conversation. We do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for, we do not sell it and we make no automated decisions with it.
Who we share it with
With the providers that help us run the site and receive your message (web hosting, email and calendar), which process it on our behalf. If you accept a proposal, with the specialists in our network who take part in your project, bound by confidentiality. Some of these providers store information outside your country, for example in the United States or Canada.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, loads no third-party content and does not track your browsing.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or working relationship lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your information, to correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. In Canada these are your access and correction rights under PIPEDA; in Mexico, the ARCO rights. Write to mahumada.hdz@gmail.com with your name and what you need; we reply within 20 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
