How we work and how it is billed
Setups and migrations are billed by project; ongoing administration, monthly. Licences are purchased in your company’s name: Atlassian sets the cost by number of users, and we quote it separately.
This area is quoted: the scope varies a lot from one company to the next. We start with the free assessment and the proposal arrives in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell the licences?
We advise on the purchase and manage them, but they are bought in your name, directly from Atlassian or an authorized reseller.
Can you migrate us to the cloud?
Yes: an inventory of what you have, a test migration, a planned cutover and validation with your team.
We already have Jira and nobody uses it well. Is it worth it?
